Monitoring
QoE
How to reduce?
-
-
-
-
Sanjeev: We need to do a trending of the data to identify where the issue is. We can also do some enhancements like QoS, NIC Configuration, etc. If it is Customer side, then we have to see whether it is bandwidth issue.
Diagnostic reason?
Sanjeev: Usually there will be a field SendIsCallerPAI which used to indicate the direction of the call whether it is from Caller to Callee/Callee to the Caller. it will be 2 record for P2P call, if the packetloss shows from Caller to Callee, then it is from the user side. Incase of Conference, if we see Callee (Server) to Caller have PacketLoss then Server side is an issue.

If there is hybrid integration with O365 Lync Online, what are the metrics required to be monitored and measured?
Sanjeev: There is some Powershell commands given, same way there should be performance counter. No detailed info as of now
Service
Federation
Sanjeev: Based on the Get-CsExternalAccessPolicy with the property EnableFederationAccess set to True
-
Mobility
Sanjeev: Based on the Mobility Policy assigned to the users. We can get the count of users by using get-csmobilitypolicy assigned with that specific policy
