Sensitivity analysis
High: Make perfect replication of outdoor. 3D print the holds in parts and ensure surface texture and shape are perfectly replicated. This would create a high cost per piece
Medium: Don't have colourised holds. But shape and surface texture are maintained. This allows for casting/injection with cheaper plastics which would allow for reduce cost per piece with scale
Low quickly capture the shape of rock with scanning. Then use foam or resin/power mixes to simulate the desired texture. This would reduce the labour required to digitally process the holds and thus reduce costs. May be able to sell 3D scans to a partner hold manufactuer.
