Must/Mustn't

(Must) in affirmative express an obligation or a strong necessity for do something and (Mustn't) in negative expresses prohibition.
Can/Can't
To express a skill, example: She can swim very well.
To express a possibility, example: You can go to the cinema.
To express a permission, example: Can I help you?.
