sneak around completely undetected, can shrink as well as grow. has shown that has the ability to crawl inside one's suit and destroy it from the inside, which could be bad for iron man and war machine

SHIELD training, assassin training, spy training, master of stealth and can easily hide herself and attack from inside the team, shes manipulative and knows it, has the knowledge to use multiple different weapons that could help the defeat of team captain america
Vision/JARVIS
created by ultron, which once took all the avengers to take down, has the mind stone and can control it, the only member who can match Scarlet Witch's strengths, has all the information stored in JARVIS, which means he is as much a genius as Tony Stark, also has the ability of flight and enhanced strength
War Machine/James Rhodes
military training, has a suit like Iron Man with more weapons, has connections with the army and the president, has a lot of political power
Spiderman/Peter Parker
not much known about him during this movie, young and possibly inexperienced, is intelligent though, and can swing from webs to get away or go to a vantage point, does have enhanced strength and regeneration
Iron Man/Tony Stark
genius, billionaire, access to some of the smartest and best technology in the world, knows how to create weapons such as bombs, has multiple suits and it would be near impossible to destroy them all quickly,
Black Panther/T'challa Udaku
enhanced strength and regeneration, feline like reflexes, suit made of vibranium, which is the same material as captain america's shield, political power, has an actual army if it is needed
IRON MAN PLAN OF ATTACK
ANTICIPATE CAPTAIN AMERICA: Iron Man and the rest of the team knows that captain america has the best chance of beating some part of the team. he has military training, fought in wars before, has the benefits of the super soldier serum, and has the ability to come up with a good plan of attack to surprise the team. they must take every possibility as an attack option and not be taken by surprise.

CAPTAIN AMERICA PLAN OF ATTACK
STRIKE EARLY: the captain america team is focused on speed and quick hits, the majority of the team has lots of military training, but they don't have the firepower that team iron man has, they have to act quickly before iron man starts firing.
NEUTRALIZE THE VISION: with the power of the mind stone and the ability to slip through any of the team's grasp, the vision will be a tough opponent, captain america would have to discover a way to distract or match vision and his skills, using scarlet witch, which also gets rid of one of his best fighters.
DOUBLE TEAM ON IRON MAN: tony stark is a genius with the ability to fight even without his suit, although he is older and might not have the same training as some of the others, he shouldn't be underestimated. with the tech he is, he can be a threat close and long range.
