Time-Based Observation Schedule is when you play a game for 30 minutes and you get it recored. When you watch the video back you will mark down how many times you walk, run, jog, moved in half-pace or sprint within the game you will put a tally in mark in the right box. The schedule is broken down into 5 minute segments, ranging from 0-30 minutes.
