What is thinking?
:check:Thinking is any mental activity that helps solve a problem,answer a question,make a decision,or fulfill a need to understand something.
:check:We think about a lot of things everyday and everytime.
:check:Fact,according to research done o the human brain the results of which were published in a popular newsmagazine,the average person thinks 70,000 thoughts on any single day(Anon,2012).
:green_cross:As a conclusion,thinking is what we do everytimes. We think every single things from less complicated things till hard things.
The Human Brain

human brain
is a complex organ which is vital to the existence of human beings as it sends and receives messages from various sensory organs of the body by way of nerves that are interconnected to it with the aid of the spinal cord.
Tips to having an Improved Brain
:check:Learning a new language provides a workout for our brain's prefrontal cortex,which affects decision making.
:check:An activity such as knitting helps refine one's motor ability which can bolster one's cognitive skills.
:check:Constantly checking text messages,email and tweets on your smartphone disrupts focus and saps productivity.
