League of Nation
When an issue arose of global peace, the League of Nations did not have the power to do nothing to dispute the problem. Because of this, countries were able to invade other territories.
The League did not take action into ending this crises and the invasions and wars kept on going with no intent of stopping it.
The League of Nations was created to settle disputed rather than going to war. Their jobs was to keep peace, but eventually ended up doing the opposite by not doing what they were created for.
The failures of the League of Nations soon made nations learn that they could not be protected by them and realized that the League acted slow and ineffective towards crises and problems that have surfaced.
Because if the failures of the League of Nation, Hitler was able to rise to power by taking over the land in which the League was unable to protect or control. Hitler put the League of Nations to an end due to all the power he gained.

Germany was forced to give up the land they won in the war. After this, Germany lost much of its land, creating issues for the Germans.
Not knowing that consequences of the Treaty of Versailles, Germany was forced to sign the treaty.
Appeasement Policy
Hitler believed that he could do anything as he wished in order to complete his goals. Because of this mindset, Hitler invaded many nations and killed people who thought was a threat to him and his gain of power.
The appeasement policy, condemned by the League of Nation, gave enemy nations what they wanted to avoid conflict.
Due to such power, Hitler was able to overthrow and gain the land in which the League of Nations was unable to maintain or take control of.
This policy have Hitler, leader of Nazi Germany, the resources and land he wanted. Because of this, Hitler was able to rise to power, eventually spreading chaos throughout Germany and other countries.
