Establish clearly class requirements and due dates but be flexible when students have special needs.

Provide vision-impaired students materials in alternative formats at the same time as the rest of the class.
Make available text description of all the materials, to be used with specialized reading software.

Reserve front row seats for students with vision impairment, also let them be closer to any visual resources at class.
Help students with special needs to find an effective way of taking notes from the class, promote the use of technological aids.

Give accommodations like being in a different room to use dictation devices, screens, computers, etc. when needed.

Give extra time to finish the classwork, homework and tests if it's needed.
