Examples
I am very prone to injuring myself as I am very careless. I could cut my fingers just by grabbing an umbrella. Usually, when I get cut, I would use a cloth to wrap the injury, which I learned from my mother would bandage my injury when I was young. This allowed me to learn how to bandage my injury through my mum role modelling for me. I also learned how to treat the injury from my participate in Boys' Brigade when I was in primary school. It was necessary to first aid skills which were tested in a national competition. Even though i keep messing up and ended up tying my friends up, I managed to master the basic first aid skills through the help of my instructor.
Exercise can be a get-away from homework. When I need a break, I would head to a nearby park to cycle around. This is really effective as it not only allows me to get away from my school work, I would also be able to catch some fresh air and enjoy the greenery. I usually would exercise with my 7-year old sister as she cycles around the park with me.

"Those who are aged and sick have little or no family or dependants help and are socially isolated may be more susceptible," said the spokesman.
