An IEP should specifically be made for a student who is struggling and continuously struggles. As we had already seen in the video on the education in Finland, early detection of a child's need, aids said child in better development in school. With some students with special needs in my classrooms, an IEP will work best for them. As my school wouldn't be so supportive of it, it would be my duty, as a teacher, to care for my student with a special need and ensure his/her success.
