Conflict creates oportunities: Some characters will try to get to
overthrow the old world in order to get better status

In light of recent events - wars with the enemy some decide to
get out of the crime world
. There is a cost to pay, and there are things to be done before that could be possibl - one last hit, becoming a witness, giving intel to the Cartel.
Because of the war, some guys are brought in as associates with uncharacterisc rush. Some want to prove they deserved that, others are just not good enough and few are just traitors waiting to hit - paid by the cartel or undercover police agents.
