Encourage speed by giving a reward of mountain-dew when he breaks a previous personnel timing
Breakdown big tasks into smaller steps

Take note of students who are able to get along with DY. Encourage friendship development
Appoint DY as subject rep
DY can assist in preparing demonstration set-ups. This gives him more opportunities to practice fine motor skills
Have DY give short briefings to class.
Induce DY into circles discussion in areas where he is competent

Embed drills in songs DY remembers to help him in memory recall

Provide DY with lab aprons & gloves to address his fear of chemical spillage
Allow DY wireless headphones playing slow instrumental music during lab to address his fear of loud noises
