A young female, 15, who suffers from anorexia and sleep deprivation has stolen a 1.125L Smirnoff bottle of vodka (37.5%) from the cellar of her house. At 11:00pm, she sneaks out of her house, with the alcohol, and steals her parents car to drive to a park where she is meeting 4 of her friends from school. She is 170cm tall and weighs 45kg and has no experience with alcohol. She is currently taking Ambien tablets for her sleep deprivation and has not eaten anything since a sandwich at lunch. At the park, she meets her friends and they equally share the bottle of vodka as well as a 6 pack of full strength beer (4.8%). At 1:00am she passes out for 30 seconds while her friends are off at the duck pond. When she wakes up, she decides she should start heading home. She tells her friends she's leaving and being the only one with a car, volunteers to drive anyone to the station. With a full car of five, they make their way to the nearest station, a 5 minute drive away. The effect from the Ambien and the alcohol is starting to kick in and she is finding it hard to stay awake and her motor control is impaired.
