Her anxiety (mental) will have a negative impact on her health. (physical) Jazz will be stressed, unwilling to eat or sleep.In consequence to this, she may experience more sever symptoms such as fatigue and insomnia.
She may become angered (mental) at the fact, that much of society does not accept her for being so different. Jazz sometimes reconsiders her decision to become transgender. She will be highly offended as others are attempting to ruin her beliefs.(Spiritual)
(Physical) Her physical body most likely does not attract men, (social)as she biologically is a male. Jazz will always struggle to find a steady relationship.
(physical) Prior to entering puberty she would be worried about experiencing a males changes, such as pubic hair and growing at a much more extreme rate. Jazz would have nightmares of this, and would often be depressed about what could happen. (mental)
Negative impacts
Mental
Many are against her sex change, which may cause Jazz to feel angry for her lack of acceptance.
Prior to entering puberty she would feel uncomfortable with developing a males features, such as pubic hair and having a deeper voice.
Jazz feels uncomfortable in society, as most of society isn't very supportive of her sexual orientation.
Jazz experiences many awkward relationships. Getting rejected for her sexual orientation. This may throw her into anxiety.
Feels pressured as she is seen as the face of the transgender community,
Jazz experienced many feelings of depression, due to alot of society being unaccepting of her change of sex.
Many find the LGBTQ community as a joke, and with Jazz playing a major role in this community she would feel angered. This mood is subject to society constantly disrespecting her decisions.
Loss of identity- With the outrageous amount of criticism Jazz receives, she even rethinks her decision to convert to a female.
Social

Many treat LGBTQ as a joke, and society often mocks those whom are transgender. Due to this much of society sees Jazz as a monster.
Many Boys avoid Jazz due to her sexual orientation. Jazz will struggle to keep a steady relationship with another man.
In many places Jazz is forced to use the males bathroom, which may attribute to her being uncomfortable being around men as a a transgender citizen.

Physical
Jazz fears the physical effects of puberty on her body as she is biologically a male. This attributed to her decisions to prevent the male hormones from developing any further.
Her anxiety attributes to her lack of sleep, dramatic decrease in food intake. In consequence to this she shows many signs of weakness.
Whilst dealing with depression, she may end up taking antidepressants. This can develop into a drug addiction which can cause severe symptoms.
Spiritual

With all the hate she recieves, she may feel doubt within herself.
Jazz may feel incapable of being a representative of the lgbtq community, with all the negative comments she receives.
Coping Strategies
Social
Reach out to other LGBTQ groups for support and advice on how to deal with her depression. She may be able make new friends within the LGBTQ community.
Ignore criticism, in order to reduce negativity in her mind.
Jazz can vent out her feelings through her family, as they will always be there to support her.
Finding relationships within the LGBTQ community, Jazz may find many people who won't ,won't mind her sexual orientation.
Mental

To fight depression, Jazz could see a therapist to aid her in dealing with stress and criticism.
Spiritual

Encourage a positive mindset, and positive thoughts. This can act as an escape to all the negative energy she receives.
Speak out to her fans and other LGBTQ groups, to release her feelings.
Physical

With her weakness she should get a lot of exercise. For many exercise serves as an escape to her negative thoughts. For example she could participate in any extra-curricular activities
