    - - Possible high CO2
  - - - History- hypoglycaemia
        
        Poor management- poor diet (low glucose) or poor administration, extreme exercise, fasting
      - Hyperglycaemia
        
        BP decrease (hypotension) - myocardial infraction (lack of blood) + angina + cellular death + other organ failure
        
        Decrease in preload and afterload
        
        Decreases blood flow through capillaries
        
        Leads to atherosclerosis (macrovascular)
        
        Inflammatory response- creates plaque build up
        
        Blood become viscous and blood capillaries become inflammed
        
        T1DM- absolute insulin deficiency = immunoattack on beta cells to secrete insulin therefore no glucose cellular uptake
    - - To balance acidosis- to decrease the amount of CO2, the body will expell it
    - - Possible UTI?
      - Suggests possible underlying infection effecting temperature
    - - Suggests- too much osmotic effect from high glucose levels- loss of fluid (polyuria)
      - Suggests low water content
