Local Sustainable
Takes a lot of work to own a local sustainable farm
Need to get up early
Take care of your own animals
Can lead to tiredness
Animals aren't being abused
Everything has to be balanced (Not too much not too little)
Joel does not ship his food
Doesn't use chemicals
It's fresh
You have to drive there
Money stays in the community
Could help get new paved roads, new buildings, more employees, ect.
They plant a lot of grass for their animals to consume
Food for animals to eat
Food for us
The animals eat larva from the cow droppings, so that there are no bugs and parasites
They don't have to use chemical pesticides
We don't become sick
Grass is more healthy than the corn the Organic and Indusrtial farms use
Animals are more healthy
They do not raise genetically a like chickens
A single illness doesn't effect them
They don't have to take antibiotics
When we consume them we don't get antibiotics in our system
Viruses don't become immune to us because we are not taking in all the antibiotics from the chickens
industrial arms are staying organic
Joel uses an "eggmobile" so he can use their droppings as fertilizer
No chemicals are being used
We don't become sick
The ground and soil are more healthy
They want their animals to be healthy
