CREATIVITY
DEFINITION: Is the capacity for generate new ideas, concepts or new association between ideas, knowed concepts that produce original solutions.
It is the engine of personal development and has been the basis of the progress of every culture.
TYPES OF CREATIVITY: Plastic, flowing, philosophical, scientific and social.

DYNAMIC: A creative person seeks to have original ideas of greater scope within the context to develop, aims for the impact, considers the different points of view, evaluates and analyzes in a broader perspective and accepts ideas or opinions as levels of complexity; however, the development of these levels is influenced by two types of thinking.

TECHNIQUES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY
Apply all the phases of the technique that are presented below:
• Approach the problem clearly and briefly.
• Selection of the group that will participate.
• Prior communication that brainstorming will be used.
• Celebration of the session.
• Evaluation of ideas.
Ensure an open and creative environment. It is important to encourage participation, so you have to avoid criticism of the ideas provided.
Establish a system for the notation of ideas.
Take advantage of the derivations of initial ideas.
Give feedback to the participants in the session about the results obtained.
