Sudden onset of wheezing/ Unilateral :red_flag:

Anteroposterior and lateral neck and chest radiography
Laryngoscopy/Bronchoscopy
Finding and retrieving the foreign body
Differential Diagnosis
CXR: for identifying object
Unilateral wheezing :red_flag:
Respiratory Management
Bronchoscopy/ Laryngoscopy: removal of foreign object
Cricothytotomy: if emergency and complete obstruction
Clinical Signs & Symptoms
Unilateral wheezing
Recurrent pneumonia
Immediate occlusion of the upper airway with complete absence of air movement and rapid death from suffocation
Inability to speak or cry audibly
Weak, ineffective cough
High-pitched sound or no sound during inhalation
Increased difficulty breathing with distress
Cyanosis
Universal choking sign
