FAIR TRADE

-
WHAT IS IT
It's an international movement that fights for an equal commercialization of products made under fair conditions. It is also a form of production, consumption and distribution of wealth focused on the recognition of the human being and not on the prioritization of capital.
Principles :warning:
-
-
-
-
-
5- No child labour, no forced labour.
6- No discrimination, gender equity, freedom of association.
-

-
-
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT :!?:
- Because with it all countries could benefit and develop equitably.
- It is important to avoid unfair wages, for example: in the commercialization of cocoa, production and advertising companies receive 38.8% of the profit, traders 33%, transport 22.2% and farmers only 5.5%.
- It represents a more solidary, equitable and ethical model.
PROPOSALS
- Make a responsible production, consumption and distribution of products.
- Awareness to people about this, so make known the need to change the rules of the international system.
- Invest in small businesses.
- Comply with the principles of fair trade.
CONCLUSIONS :pencil2:
In conclusion, we think it is important to follow the fair trade model because it is a more solidary, equitable and ethical model.
Also, we think that is important to make a balance between all the businesses, small and big ones because they should have the same opportunities and no differences in labour legislation depending on the country of origin of the products (developed or developing countries) with the objective that employees have a decent salary and conditions and all countries can benefit and develop equitably.
We ought to support a more fair trade and world.
