assuming that the one in power would just follow arbitrary rues by god. what about the examples when that doesn't happen?

dialectic - Aristotle. Aristocracy is best constitution when better moral. otherwise like master over slaves.

should have best interest in mind - act as friend

maybe mention the role of virtue in selecting. could have monarch, but unlikely. sharing of justice.

understand different classes in polis. Ignores that?
