For the MICAP review, how would the list of bases be determined? Is there already a point of contact?
Vocabulary List: It's more likely our proposal will gain respect from strangers if we use proper terminology.

But these have to be defined in plain English as well, in real time when presented. Future audiences could be in or out of logistics in-group.

Solution 1: perform strategic inventory in optimized manner
COA #1 Begin with customer (AF) performing a base to base review of the MICAP standards. Also have AMARG perform an estimated review of parts pulled based off their 'Pull List' to determine their probable on hand supply.
Then, acquire A.1 to populate data into system predicts customer demand; AMARG's availability, cross-references results to AMARG knows what to pull.

An algorithm would need to be developed to point to some kind of cost. We're running with the assumption that we will need to request money and/or manpower.

Solution #2:
redistribute aircraft/parts to home basesCOA #2: Iterative process.
- Determine space availability at all home stations (bases that hold aircraft) for major assemblies (fuselage, wing, etc).
- Ship items/major assemblies (fuselage, wing, etc.) based on space availability.
- Aircraft left coded as level 3, level 4 (means per congressional mandate, these cannot be put in service) left in place at AMARG.
Ship assemblies as required.Part 3: Aircraft not designated 'spare parts'. Manpower to strip down the parts is already at the base.This takes away part of the mission.
This may be interpreted by some as a mission strip. Those with a huge stake in the base might resist.

What are the authorities governing transport? Why can't those in low places just go ahead with this COA?
