Nasal Congestion
Coughing
Respiratory Distress
Wheezing
Fever
Dehydration
Diagnostic Tests
Usually based on clinical presentation
Sputum sample to rule out pneumonia
Differential Diagnosis
Pneumonia
Sepsis
Asthma
Croup
Respiratory Management
Supplemental O2 to maintain SpO2 > 90%
Do not recommend corticosteroids
Do not recommend antibiotics
Nasal suctioning as needed
