Emotional Happiness: DO Think Positive, Associate with Positive People, talking about YOIR feelings, imagine yourself positively, think LOGICALLY.
DONT ignore problems, Avoid others, forget your responsibilities, talk too much, become Egotistical, DONT ignore the crucial role that emotions play in interpersonal communication

OWN YOUR FEELINGS: take responsibility for them, acknowledge that your feelings are YOURS.
Ventilation Hypothesis: expressing emotions allows you to ventilate your negative feelings to benefit your physical, mental and interpersonal health.
Anger communication: think through what you truly feel before speaking unrationally. Speak what you feel but to an extent.
Understanding and confirm the other persons emotions. Be there for them and help them if they need someone to listen to them.
