All the Japanese Americans were forced to live in camps due to the bombing pearl harbor, they were to be tracked whether they were American Citizens on not.
Korematsu v. United States
it questioned the the internment of Japanese Americans during ww2 regardless of citizenship. It basically stated that your rights can be taken during war time in order to protect your rights.
