Joan of Arc (She was killed by fire, She is from France, She was killed…
Joan of Arc
-
-
She was killed because everybody thought that she had the devil talking to her and that she was using witch craft
-
-
-
She, along with the other French, just wanted the English to leave because they were on the land that they thought was theirs
-
-
-
-
Nobody knows what she looked like, except for people who lived in her time because there is no picture or portrait
She went into an attack without wearing her helmet so that they knew it was her and not a man leading the attack
When she went to battle without her helmet, she got shot, but still was able to survive
Joan would pray all the time, even during her camp out near the English
When the English gave the French something to sign about a truce, Joan went to the king to tell him to not believe them. The king did not listen to Joan, but allowed her to spy on them in her camp out
Pretty much all of the troops were men, and pretty much no women were fighting besides her
Joan has left a major legacy on France and many other places, due to her bravery while fighting
After Joan had been executed, later it was established that she was not a witch and that she hadn't been lying. She is no longer held for her record
On the night she was taken, she had a feeling that something bad was going to happen, so she went to pray
