The Monsoon season is very important because it helps the crops grow and if the monsoon season fail and does not provide enough rain for the crops to grow enough.
It results that there will be a famine.
There were about 50 million deaths caused in India between the 18th and 19th century
1837-1838 North to west India were 800,00 deaths
1876-1878 southern India were 10 million deaths
1896-1897 in north-western part and middle India were approximately 1 million deaths
1899-1900 middle and westerns parts of India were approximately 1 million deaths

One of the biggest problem in China between the 19th and early 20th century and was unrest made by the rebellions.

The Manchus were the non-Chinese minor from the North who would beat the Ming Dynasty and by the Qing Dynasty.

It was hard for the workers to do their business without worrying about their safety and their family safety
The conditions with other types of push factors were motivated people to get out of their homeland to look for a better life.
