USE:
In formal contexts, must and have to mean the same
Use have/has to and must + infinitive to talk about obligation and to say something is necessary:
Arriving late to the cinema means you have to find a seat

FORM:

There is no future form of must but you can use must and mustn´t: You mustn´t forget to turn off your phone.

Use had better + infinitive without tot to say something is a good or bad idea: You´d better find out what time the film start.
Use should or ought to + infinitive without to to say something is a good or bad idea: You ought not to eat too much popcorn

You use had better to talk about the present or the future, but there is not a past form.
There are no past forms, but you can use should have done or ought to have done: I´m sorry, i should have told you i was going to be late.
There is no future form for should , ought to and had better

Use won´t have to or won´t to to talk about no obligation in the future: You won´t have to buy a ticket for this event.
Use didn´t have to + verb or needn´t have + past participle to talk about no obligation in the past: He didn´t have to turn off his movile phone.
USE
Use don´t have to and needn´t when there is no obligation to do something: You don´t have to be a member to use the gym.
