making it apart of a distribution channel can be costly to business. they need to make sure it is maintained and kept in a good condition to ensure the publics safety

data can easily be stolen, manipulated and erased if hackers were able to gain access to the drones. there needs to be more protection for drone

drones can deliver products and there wouldn't be a need to have drivers taking products around. the future could lead to just drones delivering all products and getting rid of drivers completely

making sure that drones can't fly to high. this could prevent it from invading peoples privacy without them knowing and reduce the amount of smuggling

do a phase changeover. this is when they slowly roll it out before making it official. Advantages to phased changeovers are their low cost and isolated errors. However, disadvantage is the process takes a long time to complete because phases need to be implemented separately.
