      - Is your family, understanding of the time committment it takes to be a student as well as a employee.

- - - - Many customer service departments have requirements on the "speed of the call". Does this hurt both the employee and the customer?
        
        Zappos lets employees take as much time as is need with each customer. Why doesn' everyone do this?
      - Each employer, each student and each family member bring something new and different to any situation. Let them blossom
    - - Dress code for one organization can be up to 16 pages long. In another it is 2 words
      - Shows you trust the employee to make the right decision.
    - - What should you do in a certain situation? Do you need others to protect you from yourself. Will the end result be as impactful.
