Do kids make happiness easier or more challenging when working and going to school?

Networking, prescensing are all important, finding the time when working and going to school is not an easy task.

Is delaying time spent within your industry groups impacting your abilty to do your current role

Nic Marks speaks about the importance on creativity and innovation. Can one be happy if always under the demand of another area? Personal life, education, employment

I beleive individuals want to work and be challenged

Must have balance, cannot go 100% all of the time

Important to enjoy your school and employment - then it may not feel like work.

Higher education many time is a choice. Surrounding yourself with those who may think differently about a similiar situation.

Does the individual want their voice heard.

Does everyone have a responsiblity to share their thoughts as a coworker, fellow student or family member

Respecting ones silence is important but will the sharing of ideas make everyone richer in thought and experience

What should you do in a certain situation? Do you need others to protect you from yourself. Will the end result be as impactful.

If someone succeeds or fails one must be consistant in the reaction. It will be notice

Celebrate small success for all employees. This will give then courage to try greater things.

Is your family, understanding of the time committment it takes to be a student as well as a employee.

Many customer service departments have requirements on the "speed of the call". Does this hurt both the employee and the customer?

Zappos lets employees take as much time as is need with each customer. Why doesn' everyone do this?

In education, in my Masters's program some he moments I have learned the most are my failures

Taking time for your employee, your education and your family require thoughftulness and discipline.
