        Saturated
        
        Solid at room temperature

        Polyunsaturated
        
        Soft and oily at room temperature
        
        Oils, margarine, etc.

        Cheapest source of energy due to being found in plants
        
        Sources include Breads, cereals, fruits, and sugars
        
        Made up of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen
        
        Easily digested and keep well without refrigeration
        
        Cellulose is the fibrous indigestible form of carbohydrates
