modern tradition includes karaoke. The Japanese have booths nearly everywhere for karaoke. Doing karaoke at home is also a modern tradition. For example, every get-together there would at least some time dedicated to karaoke
sculptures are also very traditional and are mainly are kept in every household. sculptures are mostly in Buddhist temples. these sculptures are mainly based on Buddhist images.
martial arts, Japan is one of the homes of martial arts. japan is home to karate and judo. these martial arts are now aimed at self-defence. but back then it was used for combat and attacking.
origami is the Japanese word for folding. it is an art form that has been handed down from parent to child through many generations. you can use origami to make different shapes and animals

japan has many cultural foods and one of them is ramen which is widely eaten over the world.it probably is one of the most common quick meal.
sushi the food that japan is known for it, it consists of mostly sea food and rice wrapped in some black paper. it is considered healthy and most fitness coches recomemend it.
Tempura is a Japanese fried snack made mostly from seafood and vegetables but we can find tempura made also from fowl and fish. this is mostly considered a snack and is only eaten occasionally.
Miso soup it is served as a side dish in all most every meal and with almost every dish. this dish would be mostly served after a full course meal.

Buddhists embrace the concepts of karma (the law of cause and effect) and reincarnation (the continuous cycle of rebirth). Followers of Buddhism can worship in temples or in their own homes.
