Ramen- It is a wheat noodles bowl served in a soy sauce or miso soup mixed with many kinds of ingredients.
Miso soup- It is a soup made from a miso paste (fermented soybeans) and dashi (the consomme) served as a side dish.
Natto- A traditional Japanese food made from soybeans fermented and is served with soy sauce and rice.
Tempura- Tempura is a Japanese fried snack made mostly from seafood and vegetables but we can find tempura made also from fowl and fish
Sushi/sashimi- rice seasoned with a rice vinegar mix (made with sugar and salt) mixed with different ingredients: variety of fishes, vegetables, wrapped in nori
