Methodology
First, professor collected data, categorized 60 topics into 10 issues from 12 students
Second, the writer had subdivision of marine particiation , protection and wetland conservation after document review included international Journal, Convention, State Law & Community Economic Development
Third, writer had questionnaire of marine, non-marine field total 30 response and performed statistical Chi Squared Test
