Mobility
The ramp into his son's home is too steep and needs to be made safer for him to independently propel himself up and down the ramp.
-
Renovate all flooring to be wood or tile because he can only propel independently on level smooth surfaces. Removing any floor transitions (b/w carpet and tile) will make him more independent in mobility around the house.
-
-
Bathing and Toileting
Bathroom in his son's home was recently made accessible for him so he should be independent in his bathing, toileting, and grooming ADLs.

Provide Jerry with a dome magnifying glass with a built in light to make the text of his books bigger and to provide more bright light directly to his book.
-
Safety Management
Provide him with an emergency calling system so that he does not have to work his phone in case of an emergency with his grandkids or if he himself gets injured.
