Aetiology
Systemic inflammatory conditions e.g. vasculitis, rheumatoid arthritis

Management

Reduce oedema - restrict fluid to 1L/day and restrict salt. Use loop diuretic e.g. furosemide. Add a Thiazide diuretic if resistant oedema.
