Church Principles
Acts
Giving To The Lord
In Acts 20, it talks about how God has given to us and how we need to remember the weak and how Christ said how it is more blessed to give than to receive.
Giving to the Lord is very important because God has given so much to us and He is the provider who gives to us, so we must give back to Him because of greater reward in Heaven.
Commitment & Devotion
In Acts 20, it talks about men being devoted to Christ and remembering Christ and staying devoted to His word and committing to a life for Christ because Christ lived for us.
Commitment and devotion are very needed in a church because it brings out a principle of dedication to Christ and being a Christian is not only a religion but a commitment as God's servants and people and every church should have a devoted and committed church for Christ.
Strong Leadership
Acts 11: 29-30 says how the disciples, as each one was able, decided to provide help for the brothers and sisters living in Judea. This they did, sending their gift to the elders by Barnabas and Saul.
A church should have strong leaders so that they will be devoted to Christ and will make the right decisions for the congregation and strong leaders with strong values will bring out a strong fellowship.

Accurate Teachings
In the Book of Acts, it talked about Paul and few other apostles who accurately taught the Scripture in places, the teaching of God's Word to unbelievers.
Every church should preach accurately and clearly because God's Word is true and accurate teachings is the only way to study and understand God's Word more and more.

Differences
Creekside values "every-member" ministry, demonstrated by each person discovering and using their gifts to serve God in the local church.
At Creekside they believe that everything is accomplished through teamwork through Christ and as believers, everyone in a congregation should work together to have a good outcome and that is a possible reason why Creekside Church believes in working together.
