I had cut the materials to a similar size. In order for it to be able to fit over the plastic cup.
First, I asked them to place their material over their cup.
Second,With aid they taped the material over the cup.
Third, after sealing the material on the plastic cup I had placed a large container on the ground.
Then, I had asked the children to crowd around the container and to place their cups in the container.
After this, I had filled the same amount of water in four different cups and gave one to each child.
Then, I had asked the children to pour the water over their material.
After this, we identified and discussed what happened to the material. Then we ticked on the worksheet which material was waterproof.
