Jesus: The Perfect Leader
Fixed principles: Jesus said several times, “Come, follow me.” His was a program of “do what I do,” rather than “do what I say.”
Understanding others: Jesus was a patient, pleading, loving leader.
Selfless leadership: He put himself and his own needs second and ministered to others beyond the call of duty, tirelessly, lovingly, effectively.
Responsibility: Jesus knew how to involve his disciples in the process of life. He gave them important and specific things to do for their development
Accountability: . A good leader will remember he is accountable to God as well as to those he leads
Wise Use of Time: but there must be no waste of time.Time cannot be recycled.
Secular leadership: Jesus met the genuine needs of others, they were concerned only with their own needs and wants
Our potential: The scriptures are the handbook of instructions for the would-be leader.
The perfect leader: All the ennobling, perfect, and beautiful qualities of maturity, of strength, and of courage are found in this one person

Teacher's role as a socializing agent
Best teachers: interesting, competent, caring, encouraging, and flexible, yet have demanding standards. Make students want to learn and reinforce their efforts... caring, responsive, and stimulating.
Worst teachers: boring, incompetent, distant, demeaning, and rigid with inflexible standards or inconsistent with lax standards. They turn students off.
Teachers provide best environment for learning, encourage children to explore, and understands child's needs, interests, and abilities. They can also feel empathy for children fears of failure.
