Set Goals

SPECIFIC - A goal needs to be painstakingly specific. The more specific our goal are, the clearer and more manageable it is to accomplish them
MEASURABLE - Goals need to be measurable so we can track our progress and evaluate our methods frequently
ATTAINABLE - make sure our goals are attainable in the time frame that we have allocated given the resources we can manage.
RELEVANT - by setting relevant goals, we can move towards who we want to be, where we want to be, and what we want to accomplish
TIME-BOUND - Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion, deadlines are extremely helpful in preventing procrastination
EVALUATIVE - there will always be setbacks, be prepared to evaluate the process at regular intervals
REVISABLE - Once we've evaluated our goals and processes, we should be prepared to make revisions and implement them
