Microbiology is the study of microorganism that cannot be seen by naked eyes because of the nature of their size. It can only be seen through microscope. :check:
Robert Hooke identify the cells as a tiny chambers because it is composed of little boxes. He introduce the Cell Theory and also improve the microscope.
The father of microbiology who is Antonie van Leeuwenhoek creates the first microscope and he is the first to observe single cell organism. He named it as animal cues as it is moving.

is defined as life arise spontaneously from non-living matter
"life from non life" eg: frogs developed from drops of rain
