0-6 Months

Some babies start with mashed foods, but others prefer to start with smooth/blended food.
Try and move on from pureed food to mashed foods as soon as your baby is able and ready to have them.

6-12 Months
Soft cooked vegetables, fruits, starchy foods, protein foods, and pasteurized dairy foods such as yoghurt and cheese.

Still continue to give your baby breast milk/formula milk as this is their main source of food still.
Daily vitamin drops of Vitamin A,C,D unless your baby has a bottle of 500ml+ formula a day.
12 Months Onwards
Cows, Goats, Sheeps Milk but Full Fat and Pasteurized.
