Claim
-
GMOs are not dangerous because they are not proven to be and 0 people have reportedly died from them.
Counter Claim Kaylee P: There is no evidence to support your claim about GMOs not being dangerous, so how can I believe that they won't hurt us humans?
Rebuttal - However, Scientist agree that the GMOs pose as much of a health risk as things like natural corn or carrots, which have also been modified over the years. “Scientists broadly agree that GMO foods pose no more risk to health and the environment than ingredients developed through older breeding methods” (GMOs and Engineered Food).
