Principles in Acts

Giving your life to God is important because God made you and knows what is best for you. He knows you better than you know yourself.
You should always do what God has called you to do. He knows what is best for you. He may have called you to be in someone's life. If you don't go they may never hear Christ or get through their tough time.
You are made in God's image. We are a reflection of God. Through our actions and our words we show God's charter. People will judge Christianity based on how we reflect God. Be truthful and good like God.
We need to step out their with our faith. God never promised us that Christianity would be an easy walk. We will be put into uncomfortable at times. God wants us to reflect him and show his charter and our faith in Him through these times.
We need to always hold to Christ. He is right about every decision in our lives. We by holding to Him we will know what is good, what is true, and what is right in our lives.
Acts 24:14
However, I admit that I worship the God of our ancestors as a follower of the Way, which they call a sect. I believe everything that is in accordance with the Law and that is written in the Prophets.

Acts 20:32
“Now I commit you to God and to the word of his grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
Church Principles
We are called to extend God's kingdom by making deciples of ourselves. We need to equip people with skills and teach them how to go out into the world for Christ

-
Jesus calls us to serve others. We are to sacrificially serve others like he sacrificially served us.
We are called to worship Jesus no matter what, even when hard times comes our way.
-
-
Prayer is important because God loves us and wants us to come to Him with requests and struggles and He wants to speak with us and talk to us.
God has called us to use our knowledge about Him to teach and mentor the next generation of Christians. We are called to be a good roll model for people who are younger that us because they look up to us.

Differences

-
Paul focused on teaching people in general. My church is more focused on teaching the younger generation to impact the world for Christ.
