Role-playing the past (Thinking back to earlier stages in their life)
Feeling like they're in a different time, eg 1950's
However, when they role-play a past scenario in their life, they can snap back to reality just like that.
Believe that the tv and radio are talking directly to them.

May hear family talking about them but not understand why/see any concern.
People/family members may talk about them as if they're not there
The patient can become aware of this

May think they are just forgetting things like everyone else.

May make mistakes more so than usual.
They may talk about older times, and not see anything wrong with this.
