Form and Structure
The beginning of the film will show Jane as a child and her mother teaching her a always be kind to people, this sets the 'back in time' feel of the film before cutting to modern day to meet the main character Eloise
As the film Develops Eliose starts to really understand the feelings of others and begins to show more kindness
By the end of the film, Eloise has a real understanding of how peoples feelings are effected by the words and actions of others
Lighting

Dim/low lights when Eloise is home, to show she is at a low point in the way she treats people
Character + Story arcs.
Eloise is a teenager who doesn't treat people very nicely, which is the obstacle she needs to overcome/change in order to become a nicer person

The audience sees Eloise as a bit of a bully/drama queen and hopes or may expects the she will grow and change into a better person
