      - Name
        
        Edit name
        
        New Name
        
        This becomes the new node name
        
        Duplicate Name
        
        Panel Text box becomes red
        
        'OK' button on the Splitter modal becomes disabled
        
        Delete panel name
        
        This will be the node name on the Splitter tree
      - Delete Panel
        
        A grayed Others panel is created
        
        The floater(s) from the deleted panel go into the Others panel
        
        Click on Splitter 'Ok' will create a new Others node
        ** with an Asterisk indicating that it is ready for Save and Publish
