Sessions: Dates, schedules, when we have sessions at new venues
Updating necessary information about members
Liaising with carers around any health changes or issues arising from the weekly sessions or issues that might impact on their weekly sessions.
Coordination of artists availability, configuration of teams for each term (balanced, intersectional group make - up and its fair).
Finding substitute artists and dealing with last minute artist cancellations
Coordination of AJ volunteers and students on placement
induction of volunteers and research students
Induction of new artists or artists from other programmes as part of their induction
writing about the practice with artists
Supervision: Paid supervision for lead artists 3 x year; voluntary supervision for all other artists at least once a year; volunteer supervision 3 x a year,
Facilitation and transcribing of creative planning/evaluation
Leading on the Ambient Jam ensemble and mini-events/training
Curation of Ambient Jam blog
Ensuring equipment is cleaned each term and 1st Aid is updated
pinning down room hire dates with the Albany and also other venues such as Ladywell when Albany isn't available
ordering new equipment
Quality assurance and observing emergent ideas: attending at least one AJ2 session and 3 AJ1 sessions per term
registers and logging of accidents
dealing with delicate issues between artists
updating and creating health and safety leaflets
risk assessments
creating support staff leaflets about the work
updating members, volunteers and artists addresses and contact info
storing of materials
Internal comms - monthly news letter to teams and families and housing providers
Communication flow and reports to houses, families, all other partners.
