Family came first. Respect was a must between and looking up to the higher one and helping the lower one. Never make an exception for family.
The government had to be good and kind in order for the people to listen to them. The government was for the betterment of the people.

Education is a big part in everyone's lives. Having a government that was well-educated would be better for everyone and would bring harmony.
Caste will be determined on how well-educated you are. If you study hard, you should automatically move up a caste. You should prove yourself worthy.
People who follow the rules and serve the Ruler well will be rewarded. Those who break the rules will receive punishment.
They believed people were would begin at an individual's heart. If they had good values and good beliefs then their home would be good, therefore making a good society.
Legalism
Family came second. The rules, regulations, and laws should always be your first priority. Never put family over the law. Turn in your family members if they break the law.
The government came first for everything. The people were there to serve the government. The government were strict and mean towards the people so they would listen.
People should spy on each other and report law-breaking instead of treating each other with love and respect.
Eduction doesn't matter. It doesn't make a government stronger. Power and Caste matters the most to make a good government to bring harmony
Your caste will be determined by which high nobility family you are born in. Also how rich you are, and how brave in battle. It changes according to that
People will do what is right if they know what is right= Everyone can be educated. People will follow the rules if they are fair and good
They believed people were incapable of governing themselves and should be governed by others. This was because they naturally had greed and selfishness.
