If i could do it again?
More work - but while using many of the same questions, come up with very specific questions for different people b/c I know the kinds of conflict and relationship I've had with them, tailor the questions more to them so that each individual has more to offer to the conversation
Build a hypothetical conflict for each interviewee - if no conflict came to their mind for their reference, want to be able to propose a hypothetical that makes sense to the specific person so they can better imagine how I would respond. Would have been useful for twin especially because we ended up having to come up with a weak hypothetical on the spot
Stray away from the conflict styles graph - good for this discussion and provided lots of insight, but I more or less knew where people would see me on the graph based on how I see myself and I was right. Would be better for future studies to use a method that can tell me something new about myself that I would not have insight to beforehand.

Intro
Main idea: consistencies and inconsistencies in how i handle conflict are very prevalent. Similarities and differences provide insight into how much my personality plays into it, how much external factors play, and things I can improve to strive towards the ideal conflict management
