In 6 weeks, with verbal encouragement, Jason will be able to use a spoon to pick up a pureed food item and bring the spoon to his mouth 2/5 times, for three consecutive occupational therapy sessions.

In 12 weeks, Jason will participate in 4/5 mealtimes a week, for 2 weeks, by self-feeding 2 non-preferred food items on his plate, with verbal encouragement, per parent report.
